Hi, I'm Emma in Lisbon. I'd like to order a linen shirt.
Hi Emma. Welcome to our store. Which size would you like?
Large, please. Can I see the product?
Here is the product card and the link to checkout.

A shopper asks about a shirt, then delivery, then how to order. Your team repeats the same questions to get the details. A no-code chatbot builder lets you turn that exchange into a clear path. In Kwamle Media, you drag blocks into a visual flow and write what each step should say or ask.

Use fixed replies for familiar requests, AI for open questions and a person for cases that need judgment. You can change individual steps as your products or store policies change.

How it works

  1. Start with a welcome message

Connect your business's own account through the channel's official login or API. In Bot Builder, choose New Bot and start from a template or a blank canvas. Drag in a Send Message block for a short welcome that explains how you can help.

  2. Ask a question and choose the next step

Add an Ask Question block, such as "Collection or delivery?", and save the customer's answer. Use a Condition block to branch according to that choice. A Tag User block adds a label such as "collection" to the customer, so your team can recognise the request later.

  3. Put rules and saved answers before AI

Set fixed replies for common requests such as "delivery". Replies follow your rules first, then saved answers, then AI. Use AI Reply for open questions. In AI Studio, set your tone and language and write instructions for how the bot should answer.

  4. Show the product and the next action

Link your Kwamle Media store to the bot. Use Send Message to show a product card, then offer a checkout or payment link in the conversation. Customers pay through the payment gateway your business connects.

  5. Let a person take over

For a complaint or an unusual request, a team member can take over in the unified inbox. They see the conversation history and continue in the same chat. The bot stays quiet while the person replies.

Who it is for

For businesses that answer similar questions but still need to handle each customer's situation.

  • Online stores guide shoppers from a product question to a checkout link.
  • Fashion shops ask for sizes and colours before showing the product.
  • Service businesses collect the details of a request for their team to review.
  • Small support teams keep routine replies in the flow and take over conversations that need judgment.

Questions about the flow builder

What can I build with a no-code chatbot builder?

A conversation that welcomes a customer, asks what they need, shows a product and leaves room for a person to help. You arrange blocks and write the content yourself, starting from a template or a blank canvas.

Can I change the questions after setting up the flow?

Yes. Change the wording, products or order of the steps in the visual editor. For example, you can adjust the delivery question when your store's collection options change.

How do rules, saved answers and AI work together?

Rules are checked first, then saved answers, with AI handling what remains. Keep a fixed reply for questions that need precise wording, such as your delivery policy. Use AI Reply for open questions, following the instructions and brand voice you set.

Can customers see products and a payment link?

Yes. Product cards come from your Kwamle Media store, with photos and product options. The bot can send a checkout or payment link in the chat. You connect the payment gateway your business uses.

What happens when a customer needs a person?

A team member opens the conversation in the unified inbox and takes over. The bot stops answering that chat, and the customer continues in the same thread. The conversation history stays in front of your team.
