What gets deleted?
When a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove all your stored data, including:
- Your account data and team information.
- Conversations, messages and subscribers linked to your pages.
- Access tokens for connected Meta accounts.
- Analytics, reports and usage logs.
Method 1: From your dashboard
- Sign in to your account at app.kwamlemedia.com.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the request — deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Method 2: By email
Send a request from your account email to privacy@kwamlemedia.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We complete deletion within 48 hours and send you a confirmation.
Revoking Meta access
You can also remove Kwamle Media's permissions directly from Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites. This stops our access immediately, then linked data is deleted automatically.
